Our homes are not suitable for everyone as we are bound by our CQC regulated activities, insurance terms and conditions and our charitable remit.
We are bound to take persons from Shaftesbury and the immediate surrounding areas including the local villages and extending to nearby towns. We can also consider applications from persons with immediate family in the area.
Our local hospitals include Salisbury District Hospital, Yeovil District Hospital and Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester. In Shaftesbury, we have good working relationships with Westminster Memorial Hospital and Abbey View Medical Centre.

Many of our residents lack capacity and we have robust procedures and processes in place to make their lives safe but maintain a homely environment.
